I would not recommend this product. I have t mobile and not only could I not figure it out but all 5 of the t mobile workers were unable to figure it out I spent hours in the store for nothing. I then reached out via email as the business card that came with it said to do if you have trouble. That was a couple months ago and I have not receive one response to this day. I returned the item. I did get a full refund but it was a waste of time.
