Would give NO stars. False advertising. Wow, you would think that having visuals on ingredients would be suffice but once I got my jars I was duped. Many people buy blackstap molasses to fulfill a good iron and calcium intake. The labels show 25% iron and 20% calcium. Well the jars I receive aren't even close. Not even the same label!!
