Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Tried to install on Comcast and they said the Mac was active on another account. Obviously some ding dong at Comcast did not remove the old modem when that account got a new modem but hey said they can not remove it without the account holder’s permission. I tried and tried but they would not budge...I ran down to Best Buy and got the same modem brand new for $60...and Comcast credited me $20 for the aggravation. So beware if your on Comcast with this modem...I’d just buy a new over reconditioned, not worth the headache
