Work VERY briefly
These smallish ice packs might be convenient if you're really conserving space in a backpack or something but they only last a short while. I mean it's supposed to be at least 10 minutes of icing by any recommendation I've ever heard and this was cold [and not that cold frankly] for all of 8 minutes - I've timed it! I've bought others on amazon that I could use for 15 on, 15 off and then another 15 on or longer before they were trash - not worthwhile at all in my opinion
