I don't typically write reviews unless I really love something or really dislike it. Unfortunately this is one I'm not a fan of. So, I bought this bag thinking it was super super cute, which it is. BUT, it's the most annoying laptop bag I've ever had. The shoulder strap had to have been an afterthought because both strap hooks are on the back of the bag instead of the sides thus creating a very unbalanced bag. When you put it on your shoulder the bag tilts to the side because the straps aren't displacing the weight of the laptop and other contents proportionately. Also, everywhere I walk, it squeaks. I don't know if it's the plastic on the straps or what but it drives me nuts. That being said, if you only plan to use the handles, you'll be fine and it's a super cute bag. With this defect though, I wish I could return it. If they would have placed the straps like every other bag, I would have given it 5 stars.
