I/O Errors, Failed after 4 months... Amazon say contact Western Digital because it's past 30 days. Now the RMA fun begins.... Get the Serial Number from the front of the drive, then head to to the Western Digital website to contact them. Trying to slowly say my email address over the phone to a non English speaker proves to be Very challenging, I suspect he noted my email incorrectly because I received No emails for the RMA process I had to call back the next day and start all over, and wait for the RMA details to be emailed to me. Chat support would be a great addition here. My drive will be out of warranty at this rate! Update: 3 days later, I asked to verify my email address again. I have called WD 4 times, but still no RMA, they keep telling me to wait 24 hours. Update: I decided to do the RMA through the website. I was finally emailed the RMA details, and shipped the drive back. That was 7 days ago, no word... Ironically, the RMA status link on the website gives a 404 not found error and my account show nothing....
