They replaced it, that one didn't work either. I just gave up. ***UPDATE*** Followup. I had a very lovely conversation with Ariel at Anker. She told me their product will last about 350 charges (or more) and they should stop functioning in about 3-4 years. I would have to assume 3 or less. The reality is I have gone through 2 batteries, one is working intermittently and I have gone through 2 6-port chargers, ZERO of which are working. She is right when she says the products are out of warranty. What I want to make sure any potential buyer knows is if you spend about 50 dollars which I did, these are not permanent solutions. They will fail, according to the company reps and they are designed to do so. Instead of a 1 time cost, this is disposable technology that you will be buying every 3 or so years. I guess I remember when American companies made things o last a lifetime. I wish Anker all the best in making as much money as they can. These 6-port chargers are sitting in a drawer somewhere and haven't worked for a long time. When they did work, they needed to be completely unplugged and allowed to discharge every 2 days, It was annoying.
