Got this steamer on Tuesday 11-27-18. Used it to do two rooms and it worked great. Had to refill twice to finish the two rooms. That consisted of 2 mattresses multiple dressers and bookshelfs and the carpet in both rooms. The unit gave off good amounts of dry steam and I think for the area and amount that I cleaned I think it did well. We took a break for a couple of hours and then started up again. Now I can not get the unit to give me more than 200 degrees even with the triangle attachment with the micro fiber bonnet on it. I have tried for 3 days to get Dupray to all me back about this to handle a warranty claim and have had no luck. I was willing to send the machine back and get another one because I understand that sometimes things happen but not getting a call back and constsntly getting a receptionist when i call and no tech support has made me choose to return this unit and buy another brand.
