Deceptive description
I really like King Arthur products. That is why I’m particularly surprised by this one. The description is completely deceptive - “made with stevia leaf extract and monk fruit.” The main ingredient is erythritol. For anyone suffering from digestive issues, erythritol is generally to be avoided. It is very high in FODMAPS (folks with serious GI issue will know what that is). It will generally cause minor stomach upset but if you have IBS, you may experience serious diarrhea.
My GI issues are many and I was not able to see the actual label of this product when I ordered it through the Vine program. I can not use it and because of the deceptive description, I must give it one star.
However, if you are using a sugar substitute for diabetes or weight loss this may be an excellent product for you, as long as you have no GI problems.
