Far from what is advertised, not willing to send the right thing. A waste of time.
I was torn on posting a BAD review but decided I NEEDED to for the sake of others like me. I ordered one of these bonsai juniper trees. Was very excited. It looks beautiful in the pic and is a really good price. It arrived fairly fast. but what I got in my box was Not at ALL like what was pictured. Everything from the tree down to the rock that was included. The picture in their ad shows a vibrant, moderately developed bonsai with multiple chutes coming off of it in multiple directions. What I got was a thin, twig that looked like it was shoved in the dirt, the ferns, with brown needles are sort-of growing one direction and instead of a beautiful group of rocks,..1 small junky rock. I was baffled, could this be a mistake? I first went and looked at the item description, looking for maybe fine print that says something like...the tree you get may be very different or may be much less developed than what it pictured, and you may not get ANY rocks, etc. but to my surprise, the only disclaimer in the description was saying that the pot may be different. And the pot was the ONLY consistent thing I actually got. So I reached out to the seller. This is where I was impressed. They apologized and offered to send me a new one, (or course asking for a good review upon receipt). I was very happy, and more than willing to express my happiness with their excellent customer service. but again! it ended there, I received the second tree, and it was IDENTICAL to the first one, even down to the junky rock. I, again, assumed maybe it was a mistake, because this is not even CLOSE to what they advertise that I am supposed to get..... So I reached out to them again, offering to allow them to send me what was advertised, and this time, they simply responded.. "Your refund has been issued", -which I have yet to get at this point. I looked at some of the customer uploaded pictures and I am sort of baffled why they don't have more bad feedback, because there was some of the other customer pics that looked very similar to mine, and they didn't complain, it seemed. Maybe they are just ok with being taken advantage of? I hate nothing more than false advertising. If your going to sell a product, represent it accurately. Show correct pictures, and ship a product that somewhat resembles what you have advertised. Or at least be smart enough to disclaim the crap out of your description, so I can decide if it is worth wasting my time to take the risk. And since there does seem to be some suckers out there that are falling for this bait and switch and accepting the twig they get as acceptable.... When someone like myself reaches out to call you on your false advertising, you maybe should have been smart enough to send me what was advertised the second time at least! so I could have left you a glowing review about making a mistake! but stepping up to fix it right. Unfortunately, we're not there today. So my bad review had to be left.
