Cheap (and I don't mean the price).

I left the review below after having the product break in just a few months. The seller refunded me my money (without me asking, It wasn't about the money to me, just having a product that works!) but ever so slyly asked me to remove my review. I almost just did it without thinking, because hey, I got my money back, I should be grateful. But then it got me thinking about how many times the seller has done this in the past? How many people were convinced to remove truthful reviews about the quality of the product just because they got their money back? There is an entire separate section of Amazon for returns and refunds. The reviews have nothing to do with that. Rather, they're supposed to be there for people to be able to get an idea of whether a product fits their needs and is worth buying. If there were more reviews like mine when I bought the product, I wouldn't have bought it. I wouldn't have wasted my time setting up their system. I wouldn't have useless door alarms stuck to my doors with double sided tape that will now probably damage the paint when I remove them and replace them with another product. I don't like that this seller likes to just quietly brush it under the rug, instead of doing the honest thing and just accepting the reviews and experiences people have with their product. Obviously my review below still stands and it's not going anywhere, no matter how much the seller tries to bribe me:
Worked well for a couple of months, until one of the buttons stopped working on the main security panel. I didn't discover it until I switch ISPs and went to connect to the system to my new WIFI. Unfortunately the button that broke is needed in order to configure wifi so now this is useless. For $70, do a little bit more research and find something of higher quality.
