It took me 2 weeks to find out what was biting me all over my back, chest and hips and upper legs. I had been splitting my time at my home and with my mother (due to COVID-19). I thought it was my mother's bed that had bugs biting me all over. We threw away her bedding, sprayed her room many times and vacuumed 2x daily. Still, I continued to be bitten. It wasn't until it dawned on me that perhaps the problem was coming from my bed (I was spending 3 nights at home and 4 nights a week with my mother). I had recently purchased this mattress topper because I loved the other one I had bought in 2017. I began to inspect the NEW topper and noticed 2 bugs!! No wonder I was being bitten all over, the topper obviously has an infestation of some sort of bugs. I bought it mid may, but didn't sleep on it until towards the end of may 3 nights out of a week. Unfortunately, I just discovered the bugs on the 14th of June and the return period ended on the 12th. It is a comfortable topper, but this unit I received was obviously rotted or had been exposed to some bugs in the warehouse. I am covered with bite marks which i hope will go away. I have not slept on it since the 9th and have not had any new bites.
