Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

It comes vacuum packed so takes a while to decompress. Disliked that the cover fell apart in the wash. When I attempted to return, was asked to ship it back using my own box because it exceeds size limits for UPS. I didn’t keep the original box because I didn’t intend to return it. Amazon asked me to pay for my own box (or boxes) and put together one big enough for the item which is cost prohibitive. Stuck with an item I can’t use. Would go into more detail but my review keeps being declined by Amazon even though I’m following the guidelines.
