It's nicely put together with an easy to grip texture (though not well balanced - one end is heavier than the other) - but I did a discharge test using my USB load tester/multimeter at 1 amp discharge, and the result was 7753mAh @ 5V. Since power banks are rated at the 3.7V of the cells inside, that's equivalent to 10477mAh @ 3.7V - a bit more than 52% of what they claimed! Obviously there's some inefficiency in converting the voltage and so one will never get 100% of the rated power - but just over half is unacceptable! I'll be returning this....
