Only used the product for about two weeks when it decided to melt down. The scary thing is it wasn't even on, it was just plugged in. My wife went to grab it to turn it on for the night and it burned her hand! She dropped it and yelled out. I grabbed the cord and yanked it out of the wall socket. The control was too hot to touch, it was literally melting the plastic in front of our eyes! This is scary stuff. I believe another 5 minutes and it would have caught our bed on fire!
