WARNING seller will ignore you. I hope to update this review after I hear from the seller - never happened. Well I’ve only used this air conditioner for about a week and it quit today. I think I got a defective one because it was very loud, shut off randomly, and never really cooled the one bedroom I got this 8,000 btu for! I have contacted the seller and hopefully I can return it. I do not like giving bad reviews, like I said maybe I just got a bad one. But I sure hope the seller works with me, if so I will upgrade the rating depending on customer service. UPDATE- the seller never even got back to me. I lost $300. Can’t get much worse than this whole deal. Do not trust this company.
