Listen, if I were rich enough that I didn't need to sleep or leave the house and could just mindlessly stand over the cat box waiting for my cat to take a number 2 then sure, that's fine. But waking up at two thirty in the morning the day after the cats have started to use this box because the entire upstairs smells like cat crap is not my view of a good deal.
