I really, really wanted to love this product because of the stellar reviews but it has horrible design flaws. The front and back "bumpers" that rest on your lap are different sizes. What does this do? Well, when you put it on your lap it leans VERY far forward towards you. So every time you take your hand off the mouse to type something the mouse slides down off the board on your couch. The laptop is leaning so far towards you the keyboard is at a very awkward angle to type anything. In addition, the "phone holder" is comical; it's only about deep enough to hold a saltine cracker, so basically, a normal smartphone that includes a protective case barely fits in it and is at high risk to fall or tip out of it. Hope this was helpful---I returned my unit for all of these reasons.
