I wasn't expecting to work a rave with this (Is that still a thing?) but it is a bit on the quiet side. Cranked it up full blast and did same on my PC volume but hard to get it to a sound level I like. Tried it on a tablet and same. It's not too bad and the sound itself is nice but if you really like the sound up get something else. 12/23/2020 Manufacturer contacted me apologizing and offering refund as well as asking me to remove review. Not going to remove review as that was my opinion of product. The one thing I will amend is that when I connected to my phone the volume did increase when at the highest volume both on my phone and on the speaker so maybe my low end sound card on my mini PC may have something to do with it. Having said that I knew when I bought it it was not likely to be a high end product based on the price. It's nice and clear and I don't need a refund but I maintain that if you are looking for something higher end you should look for something more expensive. If not then this is acceptable for basic use. 2/23/2021 Right side speaker failed. Too much aggravation for what should be a straight forward product.
