Super jitters and racing heart
I was given just a sample of Spark to try and thank goodness never purchased it. As a Diet Coke addict I can't even handle the caffeine in Spark. I even added to more water than they say on instructions and my insides felt like they were going crazy and even my arms felt shakey. 4 hours later my heart is still racing.
