Arrived fast, but this mat is very cheaply made. The foam is not that dense and I've find myself bottoming out. (I'm not even that heavy!) This mat would be considered an economical mat at best. Do yourself a favor and go to your local warehouse store and try standing on the mat the cashiers stand on. That is a real mat and should be your gauge to compare other mats to. If you have never experienced an anti fatigue mat before, please do yourself a favor stand on the ones at the warehouse store first. This mat also gives off a very strong chemical smell that gave us all a headaches. Bottom line: There are better options. This mat is very thin and bottoms out. Strong chemical smell and feels cheap. Look elsewhere...
