Called company for a replacement network switch. Model TL-SG1016d 16 port network switch gave out after 24 months. Called on Sunday and they said the business segment was closed on Sunday. Called on Monday and got a person who spoke very limited english. Could barely understand her. I had to ask her several times to repeat what she was saying. She asked me to do a couple of procedures with the switch. One was to plug a cable to port 2&4. I explained what was happening to the lights. She told me she will send an email latter on? I asked her to send a replacement and an RMA for this non working switch. She said she couldn't. I have a worthless network switch not working. What happened to my lifetime warranty and 24/7 customer support. I received an email asking me to do further testing. I did do as email instructed. Emailed them back that switch was still not working. Two more phone calls, 3 emails, sent them invoice (proof of purchase) and they still haven't issued an RMA? I have been jumping thru hoops for 3 days. The company reps speak very broken English and are difficult to understand. She informed me that her supervisor needs several hours to look over case.
