I bought this pillow because of the name made me think of softness. I always am on the hunt for a good pillow. I have tried all types of pillows which all end up in the guest room. This pillow will not even make it there because of the following: 1. After a while it smells. You cannot wash it. You can wash the polyester "pillow case" that comes with it. It that has an annoying zipper. Drool, sweat and hair oil make it the stinkiest pillow ever. I tried fabric freshener once and it smelled worse. I have a cotton pillow case on top of the polyester case too. It is way to large because the pillow is much smaller than a standard case. 2. Every time you breathe, the beads inside move and you hear them rustling around. 3. My pillow is 1/3 the size it once was. I have no idea where it all went. It is now toddler size. When my new king size MyPillow.com pillow shows up, I am going to make bean bags out of what is left of this stinker. I made a video to show what it's like.
