I installed the unit, it is simple to install. It worked for a few hours then Uv bulbs did not light up. I ordered two replacement bulbs and they did not light up. There was power to the unit and blue indicator light was on. When I installed unit I created a sight glass to show when bulbs were working. I notified supplier and they quickly responded saying to unplug for 30 minutes to reset. I unplugged for an hour replugged and no light. I notified them of the problem.and was told to unplug for an hour to reset. It has been several days and no response from them. I explained that I would appreciate a replacement unit or some explanation. Still no response.
