The shaver works well when it works, but so far two have died on me. The first one lasted about 5 months. I do shave every day for about 15 minutes a day and I really enjoyed using it. However, one day it simply quit working. It wouldn't turn on, charge, or begin the cleaning process. I called customer support and they requested it be shipped in for service. It was nice to only have to ship out the shaver, and I was pleasantly surprised when I received what seemed like a whole new package instead of a "fixed" shaver. That said, the "new" one received lasted less than two weeks before suffering from the same fate. My guess is that they are using very weak or even defective batteries on these products for it to just quit working one day without any sort of sign that something is going wrong. It's not acceptable for something that costs this much and should be designed for regular use. I wish I had gone with the competition - instead I'm not stuck trying to get them to replace the shaver a second time, and hoping that the third time is the charm.
