This item did not even last half a year before the toilet seat (at the front) and the lid both cracked (in two places on different sides). Bio Bidet refused a warranty request due to the lid saying I must have leaned back too far and it was not "normal wear and tear." The lid was very fragile and seemed to crack in two places with normal use sadly. I would not recommend this item, and I'll be replacing this with the equivalent TOTO soon for better quality.
