LOST MY BUSINESS
What a disappointment! Cottonelle WAS my favorite brand and now they've lost my business. I fully agree with the other reviewers who noticed the changes in the roll size. Also, are we NOT supposed to notice how large the cardboard insert is getting? I have better things to do than replacing the empty roll twice daily for a family of 3!
