I bought this phone for my father who is very hard of hearing and has severe macular degeneration with very low vision. The audio boost has to be pressed on each call otherwise the phone resets to the lowest setting. Really? Then, they put this magical "audio boost" button that increases the volume right above the "mute" button. Guess what button my father presses when he tries to find that "Audio Boost" on each and every call....Yes, the mute button. What a disaster. So, if the intended user is both hard of hearing and has low vision then pass on this one. If the intended user is just hard of hearing and is willing to press the "Audio Boost" on each and every call, then this phone might work for you.
