This item is very dangerous, my baby nearly choked on one of those circle screw in caps, we tighten them hard and he manages to take them off, I literally popped one out of his mouth. He is only 8 months old, imagine if your child is older and has one of these. I feel like this product should be taken off the market immediately. He only used it for a week, what a waste of my money.
