Greetings, This Puffs Plus tissues has always been my favorite. I have noticed the last two cases we have ordered has been very rough and scratchy. At first I thought is was a knock off brand posing as the brand name, but the second shipment was just as bad. Unfortunately the manufacturer has changed the product and now it feels like a generic tissue. Definitely not worth the price. Next time I am getting the Kleenex brand and see if it is any better. So sad when greed causes a change in such a fine product. I am going to write the manufacturer, always hopeful. Be well, Roy
