I'm having issues with craftsmanship. First Nest Gen3 shipped by amazon, the edge of the cover where the sensors are located is protruding. 2nd, which is the replacement has a much serious problem. The glass display is not glued well to the point that it comes out, have to push it back 3 times since install. My high regards for nest products plummeted. I thought they have good quality control and worksmanship.
