Somehow, "Amazon's Choice" for "eyeglass scratch remover" contains warnings on the back of the bottles that say: (No. 2) "Not recommended for use on eyeglasses or coated plastics", and (No. 3) "Contains abrasives, not for use on eyeglasses, polycarbonate, or coated plastics." Well, I'm always one to leap before I look, so I already tried removing the scratches that are the very reason that I bought this kit. Three applications of each of the three products, and about an hour of buffing later, and my glasses look absolutely no different. Perhaps this would be more effective on other types of material? But if Amazon's going to recommend something as an "eyeglass scratch remover", at very least it ought to be sufficient to use on eyeglasses.
