Two of the three cables did not fast-charge right out of the box. So I did an Amazon Return/Exchange and the new set of three cables came. None worked. They go from 67% failure rate to 83%. All of them, when I plug in my Samsung Galaxy S8, give a faulty high-speed cable warning. Since I have other cables that work (and one of these does), the fault is not in my placement of the cable, but in the cable itself. Returning all 6.
