I would give zero stars if I was able to. I had purchased this item because I have an office job and the need for a comfortable chair as I sit for 8 hours a day. I was very excited to get this to my office. The directions were very easy to follow but the product was not made correctly so the bolt alignment that connects the seat and back cushion with the arm rest are not even. This makes sitting in it for longer than 10 minutes torture. I contacted the company True Innovations about the issue as I was instructed to for product issues. They responded that they are out of stock for the items and it will take 6-8 weeks for them to be in stock and that I need to return it where I purchased it as they felt it was the only solution for me. I do not have the means to return such a heavy item that cannot be fully taken apart now that we have locked the seat cushion to the legs. I have never been so upset about a purchase before in my life!!!!!!! So I am now out $165 and have no chair. I am going to a walk in store and purchase one today.
