This vent fan worked great at first. It shipped on time and arrived in good condition. It moves a lot of air through the room. It did a good keeping my nursery cool. It is fairly quiet and easy to instal. However after about 4 months the fan motor short circuited while my baby was standing on the grate. This shot a bright flash near my child foot and tripped the house breaker. The unit stopped working after this incident. I have 1 remaining unit in my room and I don't feel safe running these units in my house due to my experience with the unit.
