The Scales weren’t removed!
Very disappointed in the quality of the fish that was delivered. Thin end pieces and the worst part, the scales weren’t removed. I’ve never bought fish fillets in the US that did not have the scales removed. This easily added an additional 20 mins to dinner prep and was rather difficult to do on the thin tail ends we received.
