This is a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY! I bought in February of 2015. Used it a few times in February and March. This is only used in the kids art room (which is in a poorly insulated sun room) when we used it. Then Spring time rolls around and there is no use for it. Next seasons same thing used a few times while in the kids art room and now December 2017 comes along (coldest winter in decades for us). Use it on a regular basis and it does not work. Turn on and get error code E1. Follow what it states on manual to troubleshoot and nothing. Tried calling company and phone numbers do not work. If you are reading this review please do not buy. I read reviews and since there were 4 stars and what seemed like more positive reviews than negative I took a chance and that was the worse decision a complete waste of $94. Did not get my moneys worth with the limited usage. It has only a one year limited warranty which for a space heater in an area where winter is three months long seems like you don't have enough time to fully access the item. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT THINK COMPANY EVEN EXIST ANYMORE AS PHONE NUMBERS DO NOT WORK TO EVEN GET CUSTOMER SERVICE.
