One of the dough hooks had material flaking off at the bottom after a rinsing off with water and dish soap. The item was received the day before and had never been used. I took the items out of the box to clean with no excessive rubbing and it seems that the material used is inferior as the flaking from the hook could contaminate food with *metallic* ? or whatever these particles are made of. I did take pictures of the defective dough hook and would like to submit them.
