This would be a great pan..... if you never put it in the oven. I put in in at 350, and within two minutes I hear a popping sound and the sheet is warped. I saw a review that said the same thing and thought it was probably a flaw in one pan, a fluke that wouldn't happen again. It happened. I was using the pan to hold my pumpkin pies and now my oven is a mess.
