Since the text does not say that the caps were included, I will accept that I should have been more careful in my reading, but in the description, it shows the bottle with three additional caps. The adjacent text says, "You can Make it Your Own with our mix and match cap system.... Match your cap to your activity." Nowhere does it say, "Caps sold separately." If I had understood that the bottle only came with one cap--and one that would not be of use for my purposes--I would not have purchased the bottle. It may be an excellent product, but I feel that the way it was described led to a misunderstanding. I write these words so that others will not make the same mistake as me. To avoid disappointing other customers, I would respectfully urge Lifefactory to adjust the ad copy to make it clear and obvious that the other caps pictured must be purchased separately. ========= I posted this comment 6 weeks ago and imagined that the company would adjust the text to avoid confusion. The text remains unchanged. Consequently, I am reducing my rating to 1-star.
