used product 3 times, 1 time air fryer did not heat at all, 2nd time took a long time to heat, 3rd time would not get hot. Would not recommend this product. I have been an air fryer for several years and loved it, so when it broke thought that one that could do it all. I went back to the regular air fryer. the worst of all, I had to pay $42 to ship back. When you send a customer faulty product, customer should have to be the one to pay freight to send back
