I am very disappointed. I had high hopes for this bed. I have tried several mattress over the last few years prior to this purchase, All of them indented where your body lies after a few months and left me with no low back support. The Purple bed has caused me painful sleep since the first night. I sleep on my back and side and when sleeping on the purple mattress I would be woken up all night from pain. I called customer support after the 2nd night of waking up in pain and was told I was going through the "adjustment period" and to give it a few weeks and it would get better. Well it has not gotten any better and I actually hurt more. I have requested a return and refund.
