I've used this coffee maker for 6-7 months to brew 2-4 cups of coffee per day. Every day it popped the circuit breaker in the basement. I did not bring this to Keurigs attention because I was hoping it would resolve itself and I was enjoying the exercise. I finally reached out to the company when the wife started to lose her mind. Keurig was great about it and sent a brand new coffee maker. I received the new coffee maker today and it pops the breaker in all three circuits. I thought perhaps something was defective and they had fixed the problem due to multiple complaints about this same issue I've seen in other reviews. Unfortunately that is not the case. I called back to the company and they are going to have someone call me in 24-48 hours since sending a new machine does not make sense. I thought perhaps there was something wrong with my new kitchen wiring and under cabinet outlets but the electrician says everything checks out and I've never had a problem with the toaster oven, blender, electric frying pan or can opener that are plugged into the same outlets. Time to look for a different coffee maker I guess? Update 10/31/19 - I stand behind everything I said above but I want to give kudos to Keurig customer service. They have been top notch and they do have coffee makers that will not cause this same problem with new construction. I wish I had known of this issue as it would have saved me months of frustration and the cost of an electrician house call but again Keurig goes above and beyond to make things right. They sent me a model that works great! 5 stars for Keurig’s customer support team.
