I was excited to get these and they are very pretty. But they don’t work worth a damn. I have a hotel restaurant degree and worked in commercial kitchens in my career and I love to cook. Not in these things though. Food sticks like mad. I tried low heat, medium heat, high heat, preheat, don’t preheat, 5 different fats, lots of fat, little fat, tried conditioning the pan like you do with cast iron....everything I know to do. I have a set of Belgique all stainless I bought 30 years ago, never a problem. Thank you Amazon for allowing me to return these.
