I've had this chair for a little over two months and it's not worth the money at all. I thought I was getting an upgrade with a nice, comfy big and tall chair, but I was way wrong. The seat cushion is already significantly flattened and the whole chair creaks when you move at all. I am a bigger guy but not huge (6'3" 200lbs) but isn't that who this chair is supposedly made for? And if you have any kind of laminate or hardwood, hold on tight, the wheels on the chair are like a roller coaster. Every time you sit down, you'll be sliding across the floor and there's no way to lock them--at least on the chair I have. And the back does not lock in an upright position. There is always some wiggle. And the seat has this exaggerated thigh support and makes you feel like you can't sit flat and you're falling backwards into the chair. I can't be the only one who doesn't always want to recline. Overall, I highly regret buying this chair and if I wasn't outside of the return window (and if the return shipping wouldn't be crazy) this chair would be heading back today. Not at all happy. UPDATED REVIEW: Amazon is actually being very fair with me and taking the chair back. I do have to pay for shipping, but that's better than keeping this chair. 5 stars for amazon customer service, still one star for this chair. Now I just have to find a box big enough.
