Author has a grammar of a 12 year old, out dated and poor info
The grammar is awful - it reflects something of a 12 year old trying to understand nouns and pronouns. The author is barely able to get thru a complete sentence without sounding horribly uncomfortable. Fluency does not exist.
The information is wrong plus out dated. But its REALLY incorrect.
