I thought this would be a quality product since it was a Sharper Image product and my husband kept seeing it advertised on TV and he wanted one. We were very disappointed in that it really didn’t massage but had two hard plastic tubular things in it that just vibrated and was very loud even on low. It also wasn’t as big as it appeared in the pictures. The cord was bulky as was the controls. It was soft and had a nice little bag to store it in but I returned it the next day and bought a Pure weighted heating pad without the massager and so far we absolutely love it!
