you need to buy an app to use it
you have to pay extra for an app to download on your phone to use it. why not INCLUDE THIS IN THE SELLING PRICE??? i can't even report on the functionality, because i have never gotten it to work. i bought another one, a regular cabled OBD II, which i have to plug in and read the codes, but that one works fine and this one just sits in a drawer in the garage.
