I am a true lover and believer of DIM. I had been using DIM from A squared nutrition it for months and it helped with so much including painful breasts and hormonal acne before my period. I switched to this brand to save a couple of bucks and I wish I never did. That same month and since then my horrible PMS symptoms and extremely painful breasts have come back like they never left. It even feels worse now because now I know what it’s like to live without those symptoms. Also, I truly don’t think that this brand has actually done anything Switching back to asquared nutrition as soon as possible.
