I researched this product and saw plenty of ladies with long hair saying they loved it. I did too in the beginning. Everything went well until the end when the machine just froze. It would not release my hair so I unplugged it as to not burn my hair off. There is no way to reverse your hair back out, and I was freaking out. I went to the neighbors for help and no one could get my hair out. We had to break the machine apart and unscrew everything to try and work out my hair. Luckily, I didn’t loose any chunks of hair but man is my head tender now. I am assuming if you have shorter hair you can free it easier, but I would still be cautious of this machine. Especially if you are home alone.
